I cannot recommend Stuart enough. After a very patchy start and a bit of an ordeal with an extended wait for my new Yaris caused by an ex-employee, Stuart stepped in to pick up the pieces and has bent over backwards to make sure I was looked after and kept in the know. The experience was then finished off with Kevin also going that extra mile and helping arrange the final touches. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else, between the two of them, both myself and my partner have been looked after in every way possible. They truly do care about the customers experience, and doing everything they can to help.

We went in for a leasing review and after a open and frank discussion we decided to renew our leasing arrangement and upgrade our car. Absolutely no pressure put on to do this. Stuart very patient and helpful, answering all our questions and was very professional. We enjoyed the coffee too!!

Stuart is extremely helpful and very welcoming. He explains everything I need to know very clearly to me and did not force any extra payments but explained Gap Insurance and Service Plan. I am very happy with dealing with Stuart and am looking forward to building a relationship with him and dealing with him in the future.

Fantastic service from Danny at Steven Eagell, Toyota Ashford. I was looking for a car for my daughter and he was able to offer an excellent deal on an Aygo. We discussed everything on the phone, sorted all the paperwork over email. We were 270miles away from the dealership, Danny drove the car over 160miles to make it easier for us to do the handover. The car presented immaculately, freshly valeted and he even filled the tank up so we could get home. He went the extra mile to get the deal done and provide excellent customer service.

I had my mothers car in for an investigation into a clutch issue, the service advisor kyle was very polite, helpful and explained the results of the investigation perfectly. The only slight downside was that when the vehicle was returned to me the threaded gear knob on the vehicle was not tightened all the way so it would rotate when I changed gears however this is an easy mistake to make and didn't affect my satisfaction with the service. highly recommend
